In the first stage, you will learn to use the assistive technology offered in Apple Notes, combined with speech-to-text and Siri.
You’ll finish this stage having built a functional Note-taking system that:
- Captures everything important
- Capture hand written notes
- Instantly capture notes with Siri
- Quickly search and find important notes
- Speed up reading and research
When you finish this section, you will reliably empty your mind of scattered thoughts and ideas. This stage is designed to deal with overwhelm by assisting your Working Memory and giving you more headspace to focus.
Create Maps: Mind mapping
Every important journey needs a map. It’s the same with productivity. Creative people need a way to map a project and see the big picture. It’s the foundation for getting to your destination. We will show you the essential skill of mind mapping on a computer and how to integrate it into your weekly process.

This skill will deal with the feeling of disorientation that can come from just working off endless to-do lists. The purpose of this section is to focus on the executive function skill of cognitive flexibility and help you adapt to changing circumstances and set your course.
The secret to getting important things done is to see the big picture and prioritise. Without goals we don’t achieve our dreams.
At this stage you will build on your note taking and maps to identify your goals. You will build a reliable system in your phone to keep you organised on a day-to-day basis.
We will show you how to set your goals and put them in your calendar and reminders to ensure they don’t get overpowered by the demands of life.
You’ll develop the ability to:
- Break things into achievable steps
- Estimate the completion times
- Set specific visual goals
- Time block your calendar
- Show up on time
- Be reminded of important tasks
- Maintain critical habits like taking medicine
During this stage, you'll be able to meet your personal goals while adapting to external demands.
(This stage works on the executive function skill of “Inhibitory Control” which means you will learn to focus your attention.)
